Exclusion of Liability

All products sold or distributed by Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. A claim for warranty must be made within the product's warranty period, which is set out at point of purchase. This warranty shall extend to the original end purchaser only. Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd, at its option, shall repair or replace any Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd product, within the terms of warranty expressed herein, which fails to meet the product's specifications. Warranty service must only be performed by Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd or at the direction of Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd. A copy of the proof of purchase must be supplied in the event of your product requiring warranty service and the product must be returned, freight paid, to the place of purchase or otherwise by prior agreement with Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd.

This warranty does not extend to product failures or defects caused by, or associated with, but not limited to; failure to install or maintain correctly, unsuitable physical or operating environment, accident, acts of God, hazard, misuse, electrical supply, unauthorised repair, modification or alteration. Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd will not honour all other warranties either expressed or implied except those pursuant to the Trade Practices or Fair Trading Acts.

Double Black Off-Road Pty Ltd will not accept any liability or responsibility under the terms of warranty expressed herein for, but not limited to; negligence, loss of profit or damages either material or personal.
